Tarnji Navie
Tarnji Navie
Tarnji Navie is the author of several books focused on recovery, emotional healing, discipleship, and spiritual growth. Drawing on her Christian faith, professional background, and her own lived journey of healing and restoration, Tarnji writes with compassion for those navigating pain, trauma, addiction, broken relationships, and the desire for a deeper walk with God.
Tarnji has completed two years of informal Bible college study and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity, further deepening her biblical understanding and preparing her for Christian ministry. Her resources are written to encourage reflection, honest conversation, hope, and growth, and are suitable for personal reading, small groups, churches, and ministry settings.
Each book is offered as a faith-based companion for the journey of healing and discipleship. These resources are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or crisis support where such care is required.
New Beginnings-Your Journey to Freedom (NB-YJF) Workbook
The official and only resource needed for the program was developed and written by NB-YJF Founder, Tarnji Navie.
NB-YJF Program Materials & Cost
Participation in NB-YJF requires the use of the official participant workbook. The workbook contains the structured reflections, exercises, and session content used throughout the program and is required for all participants.
A small fee covers the cost of the workbook. This is the only cost associated with the program (If the cost of the workbook presents a barrier, participants are encouraged to enquire about alternative arrangements before commencement). No additional books, resources, or payments are required to take part in the program.
The NB-YJF Workbook is available through your group Facilitator.
Note: NB-YJF is designed for use within church or community settings. Hosting organisations retain responsibility for participant care, safeguarding, and complaint handling. The program author provides educational resources only and does not offer counselling, pastoral care, or crisis support.
