My work and writing are shaped by my professional background and lived experience. Over time, I have engaged in recovery-focused work, trauma-aware education, faith reflection, and community-based programs. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to pursue healing, growth, and change.
The perspective shared here is grounded and whole-person focused. It brings together themes of emotional well-being, practical health education, and faith-based encouragement, while recognising that each person’s journey, beliefs, and circumstances are unique.
All content offered throughout this site is educational and reflective in nature. Content is shared with care, humility, and respect, emphasising personal responsibility, clear ethical boundaries, and the importance of appropriate clinical, medical, and pastoral care when needed.
The Story Behind T.A.R.N.J.I.
Many people notice the name T.A.R.N.J.I. and wonder what it means.
While the letters form my name, they also reflect a message that has become deeply significant throughout my own journey.
T.A.R.N.J.I. (Transformed And Renewed, Now Jesus Inspired)
These words represent far more than an acronym.
They reflect a personal journey of healing, restoration, growth, and faith.
There was a time when my life was marked by pain, trauma, brokenness, poor choices, addiction, fear, and hopelessness. Like many people, I carried wounds that affected every area of my life. There were seasons when I felt lost, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the future.
Yet God met me in those broken places.
Through His grace, patient restoration, and the support of others, He began a process of transformation that continues today. He did not simply change my circumstances; He changed my heart. He taught me that no person is beyond His reach and no story is beyond redemption.
The words 'Transformed And Renewed, Now Jesus Inspired' remind me that transformation is possible. They remind me that our past does not have to define our future. They remind me that God can bring beauty from brokenness, hope from despair, and purpose from pain.
Why Restoration Is Central to My Ministry
Restoration is not simply a topic I teach.
It is something I have personally experienced.
Throughout my life and ministry, I have walked alongside people facing trauma, addiction, grief, depression, anxiety, broken relationships, domestic violence, homelessness, spiritual confusion, and deep emotional pain.
Again and again, I have witnessed God bring healing, freedom, growth, and hope into situations that once seemed impossible.
I have learned that restoration is often not instantaneous. More often, it is a journey.
It unfolds through grace, truth, healthy support, personal responsibility, faith, perseverance, and the healing work of God.
Because of this, my heart has become increasingly focused on helping others discover that change is possible and that healing can happen, even after significant loss or hardship.
How This Inspired New Beginnings - Your Journey to Freedom and Restoration 10
The principles behind T.A.R.N.J.I. eventually became the foundation for two programs:
New Beginnings – Your Journey to Freedom and Restoration 10
These programs were created to provide safe, structured, and compassionate pathways for people seeking healing, growth, recovery, and restoration.
Drawing from professional training, lived experience, biblical principles, recovery models, and years of supporting others, the programs are designed to help individuals explore challenges such as trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional pain, and life transitions.
The goal is not simply behavioural change.
The goal is transformation.
A transformation that touches the emotional, spiritual, relational, and personal aspects of life.
Today, New Beginnings – Your Journey to Freedom and Restoration 10 continues to grow across Australia, Africa, and Pakistan, carrying the same message that inspired their creation:
Healing is possible, Restoration is possible, Transformation is possible.
And through God's grace, New Beginnings are possible too.
