The NB-YJF Ministry is supported by dedicated volunteer facilitators. If you are interested in finding out about facilitating a group in your local church or community, please reach out via email:

Facilitators are entrusted with a role of care, leadership, and responsibility, supporting participants as they journey toward healing, restoration, and renewed hope through Christ. All facilitators have completed the NB-YJF program and have committed to operating within the ministry structure, upholding the values, and safeguarding standards.

Facilitators are not counsellors or crisis responders, but guided companions—people who walk alongside others with compassion, integrity, clear boundaries, and faithfulness to the ministry framework. Your willingness to serve is deeply valued.

The Role of Facilitators

• Guide group discussions using approved materials

• Model healthy boundaries and Christian character

• Facilitators do not provide counselling, therapy, or crisis intervention

• Facilitators refer concerns according to safeguarding procedures
